Expression

Ex-pressure

Let’s inspire each other to express ourselves

The Latin word “Expression” comes from the words “ex” (to go out) and “premere” (to press). As we release what has been pressed into us, we are taking the pressure of what we hold inside – the accumulation of energy – of vibration. With the accumulation of energy can create tension and can create short circuit which exhausts the body, therefore, we must allow it to come out.

Let your voice be released, be it via words, letters, songs, arts or movements. Emit the different levels of vibration within helps release the emotional tension and which prevents generating physical disease. It is very important to let go and free ourselves, so we are able to generate a coherent reality around me and within me.

By expressing what’s within allows us to explore and deepen connection with our Being (emotional, mental, physical) , thus, heighten our awareness on the body, feelings, and thoughts. Then, we are able to see how each aspects relate and affect each other. At the same time revealing our repetitive patterns, especially those emotions resides in our body – anger, fear or joy etc.

“When you give yourself permission to communicate what matters to you in every situation you will have peace despite rejection or disapproval. Putting a voice to your soul helps you to let go of the negative energy of fear and regret.”
